EPA COMPLIANT OPACITY MONITOR

The OPAC20/20 double pass opacity monitor uses a green light emitting diode source. The low powered solid state light source emits negligible heat and is electronically modulated eliminating chopping mechanisms and their inherent problems. The long life of the LED, creates a trouble free, modular optics assembly. The OPAC20/20 LED has a 10 year expected life.

NON-COMPLIANT OPACITY

The OPAC-100M-Series opacity monitor is a  LED  light source system for non-compliant installations. The low powered solid state light source emits negligible heat and is electronically modulated, eliminating chopping mechanisms and their inherent problems. High frequency modulation creates a more stable response and eliminates the ambient light interference found in low frequency modulation of incandescent sources. The long life of the LED, creates a trouble free optics assembly. The OPAC-100M  LED has a 10 year expected life. The system is only available in  double pass, and is stack-exit correctable to match visual readings when stack exit diameters are different from ducts.

OPACITY DAS

The Opacity Monitor Data Acquisition Systems and multiple system combiners are available for all compliant opacity installations. Opacity monitor neutral density filter calibrations, and service on all makes of CEMS and opacity are available. Limited replacement parts for Dynatron opacity and oxygen systems are available.
